Wow...really nice. Seems like about a billion miles away from South Texas!

This is just two of our communities.  We have great opportunities for you as a realtor on all of our mountain properties.  If you can just get your clients to these projects with one of our Discovery Packages they will buy.  We also have 3 other subdivisions in Alabama and Tennessee with some unbelievable opportunities.  The developer is paying up to 3 years of mortgage payments on lots.  These lots have equity in them as well.  So you can be assured that your clients aren't financing their own mortgage payments.

If you have any investors I have 2 lots in Forrest Creek that are 69,900 each.  They are 2+ acre tracts each with unbelievable views.  I had a buyer back out.  The appraisals are done.  One is $99,000 and one is $101,000.
